Fry the chopped onion with the chilli flakes for about 6 minutes in a dash of oil, then mix all the ingredients together and squeeze into balls. Flatten into burger shapes.  Grill for 7 minutes on each side under medium grill heat.  Top with a knob of blue cheese for the last 2 minutes under the grill.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>2. Serve with mashed potatoes, peas and fried onions.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>It is easy to make breadcrumbs in a food processor or chopper.  1 slice of bread including the crust will make enough for this recipe.
