Recipease offers fun cookery lessons where you get to eat the food there and then or take it home for further cooking! Pasta being a fresh dish, is of the eat it there and then variety, with a glass of wine included. The \u2018Unbeatable filled pasta\u2019 sessions start from scratch with an egg and 00 strong flour. This is a \u2018bring a friend\u2019 lesson, and while one of you might be making the pasta, the other can prepare the filling. Methods are clearly explained and demonstrated by your host chefs, and then it\u2019s your turn to repeat the methods yourselves. You are shown how to cut and fold three types of pasta starting with possibly the easiest &#8211; ravioli, followed by tortellini, and finally caramelli where the pasta is shaped like a wrapped sweet. This is a very entertaining way of making a dinner date with a difference!<\/p>\n<p>There is also a shop at the location with books, utensils, gadgets and produce.
